Recently linked to a Swiss move, Uruguayan international defensive all-rounder Martin Caceres (31), playing for Lazio since last January, has now been targeted by both Parma and SPAL, according to Sky Sport Italia. Former Juventus backliner is currently on a deal with Aquilotti until June 2019.
