Kwara United unveil new signings, promote youth players

Kwara United have announced the signing of two players and the promotion of three players from the youth team of the club, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Harmony Boys made known the transfer of Gidado Toyeeb and Aule Shirsha Johnmark ahead of the Nigeria Premier Football League 2025/2026 season.

Midfielder, Gidado Toyeeb joined from Ikorodu City while former U-15 player, Aule Shirsha Johnmark joined from Lobi Stars.

Three players from the N-Youth-19 squad, winners of the inaugural N-Youth-19 League were promoted to the senior team.

They are: Kolawole Sheriff – Goalkeeper, Ezenabo Somtonchukwu – Defender and Mahee Alege Muhammed – Midfielder.

Kwara United host Ikorodu City in their first game of the season at the Rashidi Yekini Mainbowl Stadium, Ilorin on Sunday.
