Kennedy Ashia hints at imminent Liberty exit

Liberty Professionals player Kennedy Ashia has hinted of his imminent move from the Dansoman based club after admitting that he could move this season.

Kennedy Ashia, 22, who bagged in eleven goals for Liberty in the just ended First Capital Plus Premier League insists he has played for the premier league outfit for close to six years and is time he looks elsewhere.

Ashia revealed in an interview that he has ninety percent chances of not staying at his present club come next season after serving them with dedication for close to six seasons.

"I have paid my dues for Liberty and I don't think I will stay here next season. I have ninety percent chances of leaving and only ten percent chances of staying on," Ashia said,

Ashia's current position gives admirers Accra Hearts of Oak a greater chance of landing their long time target to revamp their ailing squad for next season.

Kennedy Ashia made more than 25 appearance for Liberty in the 2014/15 season scoring 11 and is in a focal challenger to win the most valuable player of the season.
