Kano Pillars head coach, Usman Abdallah, has labeled Sunday's matchday three encounter against Remo Stars as the "game of the week, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Sai Masu Gida host Remo Stars at the Mohammed Dikko Stadium in Katsina, and Abdallah is anticipating a fiercely contested match.

“We know it's going to be a tough match, perhaps the match of the week," Abdallah told Kano Pillars media.

Abdallah acknowledged Remo Stars' strengths, praising head coach Daniel Ogunmodede's tactical prowess.

"Remo Stars have a very good coach who knows his onions, and they have a good team," Abdallah said.

Despite the challenge, Abdallah expressed confidence in his team's preparation and ability to secure all three points.

“We've studied them and know their style of play, and I'm confident we'll take the three points," he added.
