Italian giants Juventus are reportedly monitoring the situation of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, with a view to signing him next summer, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports;
Osimhen, currently on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli, has been in impressive form, scoring eight goals and providing four assists in nine games.
The 25-year-old's performances have fueled speculation that Galatasaray may attempt to sign him permanently. However, a move is considered unlikely due to the financial implications.
Instead, Osimhen may be tempted by a move to a top-five European league, with Juventus emerging as a potential suitor.
The Serie A champions are facing the prospect of losing striker Dusan Vlahovic, who has refused to sign a contract extension despite his current deal expiring in 2026.
If Vlahovic were to leave, Juventus may turn their attention to Osimhen, who has already proven himself as a prolific striker in the Serie A during his time with Napoli.
Juventus have a history of signing players from other Serie A clubs, and if Osimhen is open to the move, the Old Lady may be able to secure his signature.
