Nigeria's Josh Maja helped West Bromwich Albion to victory against Stock City in the Sky Bet Championship on Saturday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

He scored his fourth goal of the season as the Baggies earned a 2-1 narrow victory away at the Bet365 Stadium.

Karlan Grant had put the visitors ahead on 18 minute after Fellows beat his man down the right, looped a lovely ball over the goalkeeper, leaving Grant the task of nodding in from close range.

Lewis Koumas levelled matters for the Potters on 29 minute, but Maja restored the lead two minute later after Fellows brilliant pass which he hit at the bottom corner.

The goal proved decisive at the end of the day as West Bromwich Albion went to keep their unbeaten record in the 2024/2025 season.

Maja now has four goals to his account in three matches so far in the English championship this season.
