Former U20 and Plateau United striker Jesse Akila has reacted to his move to Armenian side FC Ararat.

The news of his move to the Armenian Top-flight Club FC broke on Saturday and Akila is filled with joy.
"I'm proud to announce that I have join FC Ararat-Armenia.
I'm super excited for all the challenges ahead and can't wait to play my first games for this huge club." He said via his Tweeter handle.

The forward was reported to have flown out of Nigeria to conclude the deal in Armenia last week.
The clinical goal scorer played for Plateau United in the NPFL 2021/2022 season winning the title with them three years ago.
He joins to help Ararat FC who finished second lat season and last won the league in the 2019/2020 season.
