Nigeria’s Super Falcons provided both teams kept the host at bay in a 0-0 draw in a pre-WAFCON friendly match in Lisbon on Monday evening.

In a game largely dominated by the Portuguese women, it was the heroics of goalkeeper Nnadozie Chiamaka that kept the Nigerian ladies in the game at the Estádio José Gomes, Amadora.

Fransisca Ordega came close to giving the Falcons a goal in the 76th minute, but her effort from outside the box ricocheted off the bar.
