Pedri backs Lamine Yamal for world’s best player claim

Barcelona midfielder Pedri has praised team-mate Lamine Yamal, describing the 19-year-old winger as the best player in the world.

Yamal has made 11 appearances for the Catalan club this season, scoring nine goals and providing 10 assists.

Barcelona will travel to face PSG on 20 October in their third match of the league phase of the Champions League.
