Harry Kane honoured with Gerd Muller Trophy at Ballon d’Or ceremony

Bayern Munich and England striker Harry Kane has been named the best forward of the year at the Ballon d’Or awards ceremony.

The 33-year-old will receive the Gerd Muller Trophy in recognition of his outstanding goalscoring achievements during the 2025/26 season.

Kane is also among the 10 shortlisted contenders for the Ballon d’Or itself. The winner of the evening’s main award will be announced shortly.
