The Ghana star is being hotly tipped with a move to the Premier League this summer with Arsenal, Manchester United, Newcastle and Tottenham all monitoring Marseille's 25-year-old winger.
Ayew said that several clubs across Europe are also keen on landing him but he admitted a move to England would be an 'honour'.
While his future remains unclear, it would seem Ayew would relish the chance to play at Anfield most.
He even expressed his sadness that Reds captain Steven Gerrard will leave the club this summer.
"All my life I have been a Liverpool fan,” Ayew told Sky Sports.
"When I was young I was watching the Liverpool games.
"Steven Gerrard is my favourite player. It will not be easy to see him leave in the summer, but we all need a new challenge."
Ayew's future in the south of France seems to be coming to an end with his current contract at the Stade Veledrome expiring at the end of the season.
He continued: "I have had a lot of different offers from different countries, but I will have to discuss with Marseille.
"I will make a decision soon, and look at the offers that are coming in and decide what is best for my future.
"The Premier League is the best league in the world today, and it would be an honour play there."
