Sevilla striker Kelechi Iheanacho has conceded that he is yet to reach top form for the LaLiga club this season, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The Nigeria international joined Sevilla on a free transfer in the summer, but has struggled to make an impact, failing to score in seven league appearances.
Iheanacho has only started three games for the Rojiblancos, and acknowledges that he needs to put in extra effort to regain his best form.
"When you are not at your best, at your peak, then you look very tough," he said. "In general, football is not simple. Probably everyone will say that it is easy. Obviously, the way we play makes it look easy."
Iheanacho emphasized the importance of hard work in achieving success in football. "But it is not because there is a lot of hard work to do, both in training and in matches," he added.
