Ghanaian midfielder John Arwuah is delighted with his new adventure abroad after signing for Cypriot side AEL Limassol.

The versatile Ghanaian signed a two-year deal with the European side on Wednesday after ending his stint with South African side AmaZulu, as exclusively revealed by GHANAsoccernet.com.

Arwuah will play outside South Africa for the first time since he marked his debut for Durban Stars FC in 2007.

The former Maritzburg United combative defender-cum-midfielder is thrilled with the chance to impress in Europe.

Arwuah left South African side AmaZulu after he was released before the end of his contract following the club’s relegation to the National First Division.

He is set to make his debut this Sunday against Anorthosis on the road.

Arwuah joined the Durban-based outfit in January 2014 from Bloemfontein Celtic.

He previously played for Premier League Soccer side Maritzburg United and SuperSport United.
