Experienced Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Soulama Abdoulaye is tipping young Seidu Mutawakilu to eventually come good after some nervy performance for the Phobians in recent times.

A lot is expected of Mutawakilu-20-years of age in the coming years following his explosive start for Ghana’s U-20 during their qualification series for the Africa Youth Championship.

The former Asante Kotoko goalkeeper has since failed to meet the required mark in the numerous opportunities given him to shine.

He was dropped from the starting lineup for the FIFA U-20 world cup in New Zealand despite qualifying the team to the championship.

With Soulama still out on suspension for the game against rivals Kotoko he is confident that Mutawakilu is capable of filling the void.

“Muta is good and all he needs is encouragement. He is a young man whom a lot is expected of but that comes with the potential,” Soulama said

“I have absolute confidence that he will be able to live up the task of being the best goalkeepers of his generation.”
