Harry Kane has reached a basic agreement with Bayern Munich over a contract extension, with negotiations now nearing completion, according to Sky Sport Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg.
The proposed new deal would keep the England striker at Bayern Munich until the middle of 2029. The two sides still need to finalise the remaining details before the agreement can be completed.
Kane had always intended to extend his stay with Bayern Munich and had not been considering alternative options.
The 32-year-old has made 154 official appearances for the German club, scoring 152 goals and providing 34 assists.
