Young Talented FC on Thursday joined the big boys in the semifinal of the 2022 edition of the Hammola Football Championship, reports Nigeriasoccernet.com.
They like Iwo All Stars secured their place after a 3-1 penalty shootout win over Surprise FC Ejigbo.
With nothing to separate both sides after the regulation time, Young Talented were the better side in the shootouts winning 3-1 to join the likes of Hammola FC and Iwo All Stars in the semifinals.
Young Talented will face Hammola FC in one of Sunday's semifinal while Iwo All Stars will face the winner of today's quarterfinal game between IMO FA and TSO FC Osogbo in the other semifinal.
The final quarterfinal game will take place between IMO FA and TSO FC Osogbo today Friday 11th November 2022 at the Ido Osun High School pitch by 3:30pm.
The Hammola Football Championship is a grassroot tournament organized by Grassroot Football Coaches Council, Egbedore(GFCCE) and powered by Hammola Global CEO Hon Odeyemi Muhydeen Oladele.
