Ghanaian youngster Emmanuel Ntim remains confident of breaking into the Valenciennes first team by the start of next season.
The Right to Dream Academy graduate who turns 19 later this month won himself a professional contract with Les Athéniens having impressed on trials last year.
Ntim is one of the highly rated youngsters with the French Ligue 2 side and is expected to break into the first team at the start of the next football season.
His progress could even be fast-tracked as there are reliable information he could be making his first team debut sometime this season.
The Ghanaian youngster is hoping his continued hard work will eventually earn him a deserved spot with the regular side.
“Everything is progressing very well here and the coaches here are happy with me,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com.
“There are a lot of good young players here so the competition is very intense here.
“It is challenge for me to make it into the first team and from how I am progressing I believe that will happen in July because the coaches here are very happy with me.
“I would have achieved one of my dreams if that happen and I am working very hard towards it.”
