Ghanaian midfielder Gideon Jung had to pull out of Hamburg SV training on Thursday morning after he suffered a terrible head injury.
The 20-year-old clashed with his team-mate Arslan during Hamburg's training session and he had to immediately abandon the session for medical attention.

Hamburg medical officers attended to the German-born Ghanaian and he is expected to be back to training in a eight days time.
Jung won promoted into the Hamburg first team squad after manager Bruno Labbadia included him in his squad following his stellar performance for the second team.
