German-born Ghanaian defender Philemon Ofosu Ayeh has expressed delight at his switch from relegated second-tier side to Eintracht Braunschweig.

The 23-year-old left Aalen to sign a two-year-contract for the former Bundesliga campaigners and is delighted at his move.

"It is my desire to play at Braunschweig and I'm happy to join the club and also to contribute my effort to help the club," he said in an interview.

Ayeh scored once in 32 appearances for relegated Aalen in the Bundesliga II.
