Friendly: Iwobi, Lookman, 14 others resume begin training for Ghana and Mali

Sixteen members of Nigeria's national football team, the Super Eagles, commenced their first training session in preparation for upcoming friendly matches against Ghana and Mali, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

While key players such as Wilfred Ndidi, Kelechi Iheanacho, Francis Uzoho, Chidozie Awaziem, Frank Onyeka, and Bright Osayi-Samuel were absent from the initial session, they are expected to join the camp today (Wednesday).

Alex Iwobi, alongside 15 other players were present for the training on Tuesday night.

Nigeria's national team is set to face Ghana on Friday in Marrakech, Morocco.

Following this encounter, they will take on Mali at the Grand Stade de Marrakech on Tuesday, 26th March.
