The terms of reference for the next Super Eagles Coach should bother on developmental programmes rather than immediate qualification for the World Cup or winning laurels instantly, a former member of the Nff’s Technical Committee, Austel Elumelu has stated. Three Coaches; a french and Belgian as well as former assistant coach, Salisu Yusuf will be drilled This afternoon by a constituted group including Technical Committee members and the NFF President for the Eagles job.

In an interview,Elumelu said he expects the Federation to outline developmental goals – transition of junior cadre teams – in a bid to arrest the dwindling fortunes of Nigeria football rather than toll the same path that has yielded very little.
