Ezekiel Henty joins Cyprus Champions, Apollon on loan

Ezekiel Henty's loan move from Slovakian side Slovan Brastilava to Cyprus Giants Apollon Limassol.

"The Company of Apollo Football (Public) Ltd announces the agreement in principle with Slovan Bratislava to acquire footballer Ezekiel Heady (13/05/1993) on loan for the 2022-23 season with an option to acquire him in the summer of 2023." A statement on Apollon's website read.

The deal will see the former AC Milan player play for the season with an option to buy.

Henty, 29 will have the opportunity to play champions league football with the move.

Henty started his professional career in AC Milan where he stayed for three years (2012-2015) before joining Slovenian club, Olimpija Ljubljana.

He has gone to play for 11 other clubs and Apollon Limassol, chief amongst them was his move to Lokomotiv Moscow £4.5m which was the record sale for a Slovenian club
