The 23-year-old will fly out from the United States to join the rest of the Black Stars contingent who have already assembled in Paris - France.

The former Helsingborg IF star returned from injury during the weekend and played his first league game for Chicago Fire.

Accam was not initially part of the 22-man announced late last week but has been brought in as replacement for Otoo who suffered an injury while playing for Sogndal IF in a pre-season friendly.

While he is replacing the Norway-based attacker, Atalanta forward Richmond Boakye-Yiadom has been brought in to take the place of Augsburg defender Baba Rahman who suffered a broken toe.

Accam was part of the Ghana squad that finished second at the 2015 AFCON tournament and played once at the tournament.
