Former Nigeria U17 forward Yaro Zakari has joined Egyptian Premier League side Nogoom El Mostakbal Football Club on loan ?from second division Portuguese side Vizela, Owngoalnigeria.com reports.

The forward was a part of the 2017 Nigeria U17 team that failed to qualify for the African Nations Championship, but his talent earned him a move to Portuguese side Vizela after impressing scouts of the club at a scouting event in Nigeria.

Yaro trained with Porto last season alongside the duo of Emmanuel Kuku Fidelis and Isah Musa but he wasn’t offered a deal, and upon his return to Vizela who are now in the second division he wasn’t farmed out on loan.

A powerful playing forward who is well rounded and gifted with the ball at his feet, he will join another Nigerian in left full back Michael Azekhumen ?at the modest Egyptian side who are 12th on the 18 team log of the Egyptian top flight league.

He is a product of the famous Gee-Lec Academy of Jos, where Super Eagles defender Chidozie Awaziem was spotted by scouts of FC Porto during a similar trial like the one that initial saw Yaro move to Portugal.
