Everton want £25million for Ademola Lookman as RB Leipzig renew interest in starlet

EVERTON have told RB Leipzig to pay £25million for Ademola Lookman.

BBC Sport claims the Toffees are open to selling their 21-year-old winger after rebuffing Leipzig a year ago

Lookman spent six months on loan at the German side in 2018, scoring five goals in 11 appearances.

Leipzig were keen to make his stay permanent last summer, but their £20m offer was rejected by Marco Silva.

Lookman remained at Goodison Park for the entirety of the 2018/19 campaign, but he started just three matches in the Premier League.

And Everton are now ready to do business with Leipzig after the Bundesliga side reignited their interest.

However, the Toffees are insisting they will not sell for less than £25m.

And Leizpig are apparently some way off meeting that price, leaving Lookman’s immediate future in limbo

While Jonas Lossl has arrived on a free transfer from relegated Huddersfield.

Silva is also trying hard to re-sign Kurt Zouma from Chelsea, this time permanently.

And there is interest in Barca winger Malcom too, with the Brazilian available following Antoine Griezmann’s £108m Nou Camp move from Atletico Madrid.
