Sarki joins from Bendel Insurance after a fine season where he scored seven goals, becoming the highest goal scorer for the club in the Nigeria Premier Football League last season.
The goal poacher signs a one-year contract to keep him till 2025.
Versatile midfielder, Ufere Chinedu joins from Sporting Lagos after his fine display saw him nominated for the club's best player of the season award.
The Enugu born with experience at Go Round FC, Ibom Youth, Kwara United, Lobi Stars, Niger Tornadoes and Doma United signs a two-year deal.
