Hull City led 2-0 before the Nigerian pulled one back to set up a frenetic end at the Saint Mary's Stadium.

A rampaging first half for Hull saw Anass Zaroury open score in the 11th minute before Carvalho doubled the lead in the 36th minute.

The Saints tried to come back into the game making 3 substitutions with Adams, Brooks and Aribo coming in at the start of the second half.

The goal came 3 minutes to the end of the match as Che Adams rolled the ball back to Aribo in the box, whose first-time strike flied into the back of the net.
