Edo Queens started their campaign of the 2024 Nigeria Women Football League Super Six tournament with a big win over Confluence Queens at the Samson Siasia Stadium, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Goodness Osigwe instantly restored the lead for the Benin Arsenal, firing past her former side 2 minutes later, opening the floodgate of goals.

Another former Confluence Queens forward, Chioma Moses doubled the Benin Arsenal's lead on 34 minute before Emem Essien wrapped up a comfortable first half with her second as the first half ended 4-1.

15 minutes into the second half it was already 5 as Goodness Osigwe added another goal to complete the rout after 90 minutes.
