Former Accra Hearts of Oak Coach David Duncan has moved closer to joining Kotoko by going on air to declare he is free to join any club of his choice.

The former Ashanti Gold trainer is widely tipped to replace Mas-Ud Dramani who has fallen out with the Porcupine fraternity.

His move is however in tango with some claiming his legal tussle with Hearts will make it impossible for him to make the move.

But Duncan claims those rumors are untrue.

“I do not have any agreement which binds me from joining any club of my choice,” Duncan told Accra based Happy FM

“I decided that since Hearts were going to pay me I would not take up any job from any club but that was just my reason not a legal binding.”
