Nigeria’s Dream Team will face Brazil in a series of friendlies between March 21 and 29, officials have confirmed.

This will be part of the build-up for the Nigeria Olympic team under coach Samson Siasia ahead of the Rio Olympics in August.

Siasia has already began compiling the names of players for the Brazil friendlies and he could call up players from Europe as those dates fall within the FIFA friendly windows, officials further informed AfricanFootball.com

In December, Dream Team VI won the U23 AFCON in Senegal to qualify for the Olympics alongside Algeria and South Africa.

This year will make it 20 years since Nigeria made history by winning Olympic soccer Gold in Atalanta.

The country came close to repeating this feat at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
