The national U15 team, the Future Eagles, have departed Abuja for Japan to participate in the Dream Cup Invitational, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The Nigeria Football Federation made known the latest movement of the team via its social media handles as the team and its officials were at the verge of leaving.

The team leaves Nigeria after beating Abuja-based John Utaka Football Club 2-0 to round off their preparations at the FIFA Goal Project pitch in Abuja on Saturday as part of their build up to the tournament in Japan.
A contingent of 18 players and 8 officials depart for the 4-nation invitational tournament in this afternoon Sunday.
USA, Netherlands, Nigeria and host Japan will face each other in a robin-round format at the Fukushima, J-Village Stadium from 31 May to 4 June, 2023.
