The Franco-Cameroonian forward has attracted attention since joining SV Elversberg during the winter transfer window. He helped the club secure a historic promotion to the top flight before establishing himself as a regular during their first season in the Bundesliga.

His progress has prompted increased speculation over a possible move. According to exclusive information from Africafoot, several German clubs, including Mainz, are monitoring the striker, while Villarreal are also following his situation as they look for a player suited to their needs in attack.

However, Sofiane Mahieddine has sought to temper expectations surrounding his client’s future. Speaking to Maghreb-Foot, the Moroccan agent said that no concrete transfer process had yet been officially initiated.

Mahieddine also expressed the hope that leading clubs from Germany or abroad would show an interest in Mokwa in the future. He stressed that the player’s current stability and the support he has received within SV Elversberg have been central to his development.

Mokwa’s immediate focus is on SV Elversberg’s next Bundesliga fixture, when the club face Dortmund in their ninth league match of the season.
