Ghana winger Solomon Asante will rejoin his club TP Mazembe today (Tuesday) after Ghana’s 7-1 victory against Mauritius in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Asante was an unused substitute against Club M at the Accra Sports Stadium but was close to climbing off the bench only to be denied by a late injury to defender Harrison Afful.
He will now fly back to Congo today to rejoin his colleagues to begin preparations for the CAF Champions league encounters.

TP Mazembe will face Moghreb Tétouan, FC Smouha and Sudanese side Al Hilal.
