Nigeria Premier Football League outfit, Abia Warriors after appointing Imama Amapakabo as the team’s technical adviser has stocked with Bethel Oji as the club’s head coach, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
This is contrary to report that after the appointment of Imama, the club have parted ways with Oji.
While the Umuahia club on Wednesday unveiled the former Enugu Rangers, Abia Warriors on their X platform reveal Orji is still the head coach of the team.
“For clarification. Bethel Oji is the Chief Coach of the team. While Imama Amapakabo is the technical Adviser.” Abia Warriors disclosed on its social media.
The club is expected to embark on a 10-day break as fans await who takes charge of the President Federation Cup runners’ training.
