The 26-year-old joined Portuguese club, Boavista after leaving Leganes but was loaned out to Alanyaspor in Turkey Super Lig almost immediately.
From Alanyaspor, Awaziem, joined HNK Hadjuk Split on loan.
The triumph was his second ever club title after winning the Portuguese Super Cup with FC Porto.
