While the offer look so juicy, Chelsea faces stiff competition from Paris Saint-Germain in the race for Osimhen's signature.
The French champions are reportedly willing to activate Osimhen's €120 million release clause and present him with a lucrative four-year contract, amounting to €13 million per season.
Chelsea's financial constraints, coupled with the necessity to adhere to the Premier League's Profit & Sustainability Regulations (PSR), may compel them to reconsider their pursuit of Osimhen.
Meanwhile, Manchester United and Arsenal have not completely backed out of their pursuit for the lanky striker.
