The Local Organising Committee and African football governing body has included one Nigerian referee among the officials for preparatiry course ahead Championship of 2023 African Nations (CHAN) which will take place in Algeria.

The football body on Thursday afternoon released the list of invited match officials for the second preparatory test for competition.
The list consisted of 24 referees, 25 assistant referees, 4 Video Assistant referees, 6 instructors and 2 CAF staff.

Joseph Odey Ogabor is the only Nigeria referee that makes a list of the invited match officials for the biennial event.
The training will take place from November 17th to 22nd in Cairo, Egypt
