With Lobi Stars’ player Chidiebube Duru overcoming the hamstring complaint that ruled him out of their last Caf Champions League tie against Wydad Casablanca, ahead of their away fixture later today, NPFL legend and players advisor, Victor Ezeji, has expressed confidence in the players of Lobi to get a result from the encounter.

Duru was missing from the Pride of Benue side that were silenced 1-0 by the Moroccans but the defender revealed that he has resumed training and has been declared fit to play for his club again.

Ahead of today’s tie, Ezeji stated that the players should believe in themselves and get a result.

“I believe in the players, not many people gave them a chance but they are doing their best.

“My advice is just for them to play have they have been playing, with more intensity and passion and I know the players will get a good result, he concluded.

Lobi Stars are third in Group A with three points from three games ahead of their Tuesday night fixture with Wydad Casablanca.
