Thomas Meunier wants to really get started in his second season at Borussia Dortmund. The 'kicker' quotes coach Marco Rose: "Last season, he kept telling me that in the talks on his vacation, Thomas wants to let Thomas forget."
Meunier had come from Paris St. Germain on a free transfer in 2020, but had a weak first year in Dortmund in which he temporarily lost his regular place. Now the 29-year-old right-back is set again. In the last two games Meunier assisted two goals.
On 25 June 2020, it was announced that Meunier would be joining Borussia Dortmund from PSG on a four-year deal as a free agent. Since moving to the Bundesliga the right-back has made 23 appearances for Dortmund scoring one goal.
