Bayern Munich has set a new UEFA coefficient record for goals scored in consecutive games among clubs in Europe's top five divisions.

In Tuesday's Supercup triumph over Borussia Dortmund, Bayern equaled a best-mark established by Real Madrid in 2016/17, but Robert Lewandowski's goal against Cologne on Matchday 2 of the 2021/22 Bundesliga season gave Bayern the record entirely.

It means the record champions have now scored in 74 consecutive competitive matches, dating back to a goalless draw against now-coach Julian Nagelsmann's RB Leipzig on February 9, 2020.
