Robert Lewandowski just turned 33 years old, but following his latest Bundesliga hat-trick, Bayern Munich's prolific goal-machine shows no signs of slowing down.

After another hat-trick in Saturday's 5-0 thrashing of Hertha Berlin, Lewandowski has now scored three or more goals in 15 German league meetings.

Last May, the Poland striker shattered the 49-year-old record set by the late Gerd Mueller by scoring 41 goals in a Bundesliga season.

With five goals in three league games this season, Lewandowski has continued where he left off.

He scored his 300th goal for Bayern on Saturday, and his hunger for goals shows no signs of abating.

"He has achieved so much in recent years and still has such a hunger," said Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann.

The player also spoke about the records he's chalking so far in his career:

"I don't think about records, I'm just focused on my task every game," said Lewandowski.

"Whether I set a record or something else is not important for me.

"The important thing is that the team plays well and then I benefit from that."
