2. Bundesliga side Werder Bremen has confirmed that they have reached an agreement with a foreign club for the transfer of 23-year-old forward Johannes Eggestein.
The German has been given a leave of absence to finalise a deal with the unnamed club, which according to Kicker, is Belgian side Royal Antwerp.
Eggestein spent last season on loan at LASK where he scored 20 and created nine in 39 appearances for the Austrian side.

The product of Werder Bremen's youth team, Johannes has failed to impress in Bremen. He only scored 6 goals in 56 appearances with th German club.
