Blessing Essien Edet, rising star from Dino Sporting Club, has secured a three-year deal with Caracas FC in Venezuela, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

“Both Dino Sporting Club and Caracas FC have reached a three-year contract agreement, providing Edet with an opportunity to further his development in South America,” stated the official announcement from Dino Sporting Club.
The 19-year-old expressed delight over the move, regarding it as a step in his football career.
"I have always wanted to play football and compete at the highest level. I thank God for life and the opportunity to go to another level in football," says the Lagos native, who also confesses to having previously investigated the capital team: " I know that Caracas is a great club here in Venezuela."
Edet who joins fellow country man Ade Oguns at the club seeks to become a reference in the midfield of the Leonardo González team, which won the runner-up position in the FUTVE League last season.
