Barcelona are prepared to sell defender Alejandro Balde in the winter transfer window after the 22-year-old fell out of favour with manager Hansi Flick, according to reports.

El Nacional, citing The Independent, says Liverpool are considering a move for the left-back and plan to offer €30m. Barcelona, however, want to receive €40m for the player.
Balde has made only one appearance for Barcelona this season, featuring for 12 minutes. The limited playing time is understood to reflect a loss of confidence from Flick, with the Catalan club now willing to consider his departure.
