Barcelona forward Karim Adeyemi has been given additional time off during the international break, according to Diario SPORT.

Germany head coach Jurgen Klopp released Adeyemi early from international duty, allowing him to return to his club ahead of schedule. Rather than immediately bring the forward back into full action, Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has decided to give him several extra days to rest.
Adeyemi is expected to resume training with Barcelona on Tuesday or Wednesday. He is then likely to be included in the starting line-up for the club’s next fixture.

Barcelona host Getafe on 10 October in the eighth round of Spanish La Liga. Kick-off is scheduled for 19:30 Moscow time.
