Nigeria Super Eagles Coach, Austin Eguavoen is confident his team has all it takes to get a good result in their second African Cup of Nations qualifying match against Rwanda on Tuesday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Eguaveon who is in an interim capacity while fielding questions told the press ahead of the game that the quality in the team makes it possible for the team to contain whatever their opponents throw at them.
"We have quality players who can play different styles of football, different formations. So, whatever formation or system Rwanda comes up with tomorrow (today) we have the personnel to deal with it."
He also spoke of the expectation to win even though he and his boys respect their opponents.
"Our country is full of expectations, it doesn't matter who we play, they expect us to win. We respect them, but we will get the result.
"They respect us, we also respect them. We play people with utmost respect, you don't look down on people these days because football has really improved. When you joke with it you can get shocked, but we will be on our feet. Countries raise them when they play Nigeria so we have to be ready as well."
The encounter between the Super Eagles and the Amavubi comes up on Tuesday at 2 pm.
