Asante Kotoko coach David Duncan has declined to blame his side’s lame display in the league to the absence of luck.

The Porcupine warriors endured back to back defeats at the hands of Berekum Chelsea and West Africa Football Academy in the league.

The latest defeat to West Africa Football Academy has seen the team fall to 12th on the league table with 29 points a situation that does not please their ever demanding fans.

Despite the dark results from the team the Porcupine warriors continue to dominate proceedings but fail to plant the ball at the back of net, a condition that head coach David Duncan laments but refuses to attribute to the absence of luck.

“No when you miss a chance you don’t put in down to luck its part of the game,” Duncan said after his sides defeat to West Africa Football Academy

“You put it down to some factors and what you didn’t do right, and I think there is a way of going about things to get some results which we are failing to do.”

With the Champions facing league leaders AshGold and Hearts of Oak in their next two games Coach David Duncan’s side will have to improve on their previous performance if they are to avoid being entangled in this year’s relegation scuffle.
