Kotoko’s Accra Representative, Edmund Ackah who have been in the thick of affairs with the club’s lawyers said in an interview that, management responded to Hearts’ reply on Thursday afternoon and rubbished all claims made by the Phobians with solid facts – incontrovertible facts which weaken anything the Hearts management provided.
Asantekotokosc.com as a matter of principle cannot publish details of Kotoko’s appeal, the reply from Hearts and the response Kotoko sent to the Appeals Committee on Thursday until the full determination of the case.
Earlier on Thursday there had been media reports that Kotoko were heading to the law court to seek an injunction on the league. However, Asantekotokosc.com is putting on record that, no such decision has been taken by the Board of Directors of the club.
