Nigerian youngster Alex Iwobi scored twice for Arsenal in their 2-0 win over Bayern Munich in the Uefa Youth League on Tuesday.
The Nigerian striker scored his brace of goals in the last 20 minutes of a competitive contest to help Andries Jonker's team keep their unbeaten run in the Uefa Youth League.
Both teams, Arsenal and Bayern Munich, played out a scoreless first half but the Nigerian international, regarded as one of the experienced in the Gunners youth setup, made the difference with two sublime strikes.
Iwobi's first goal to break the deadlock was a stunner from outside of the box after turning his marker before letting fly to see the ball creep just under the crossbar of Bayern and into the net in the 73rd minute.
Five minutes later, the Nigerian international doubled Arsenal's lead from Donyell Malen's cross to put the game to bed with a composed finish at the back post.
The 19-year-old recently penned a new long-term contract with Arsenal and also made his international debut for Nigeria's Super Eagles in this month's international friendly against DR Congo.
