Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu will not be in action this weekend with Udinese as their Serie A game with Parma is cancelled over Parma's inability to host the game due to financial crisis.

According to reports from Italy, Parma have not paid their players, technical team, stadium attendants and all other workers at the clubs for the past eight months.

Though the playing body were willing and ready to play, their support staffs have decided to lay down their tools making it impossible for the game to be honoured.

For Agyemang-Badu and the rest of the Udinese contingent, on Friday afternoon, they were ready to take the three hour drive from Udine to Parma for the game when the news was confirmed by the Serie A governing authority -  Italian Football Federation.

For Parma, it has become a soar times for club President Giampietro Manenti who has said the club is only in their current financial mess because difficulty in transferring money from abroad.

As a result of the situation, Parma lost Ghana midfielder Afriyie Acquah who was playing at the club on loan but move to Sampdoria when the winter transfer window opened.

In the worst case, the club could be demoted from the top-flight if the situation is not arrested.
